As the Creative Emmy Awards approaches, rumors have it two of America’s top black comedians are posed to bring home the awards. Both are claiming top honors for Outstanding Guest Actor/Actress in a Comedy Series.

Katt earned his honors for his role as The Alligator Man in the 2nd season of FX’s original series Atlanta. Haddish collected her award by besting heavily favored Tina Fey & Maya Rudolph of SNL. It’s about time credit is given where it is due.
