Love & Hip Hop star Tommie has underwent a controversial plastic surgery procedure. The beautiful reality star has gotten her butt bleached.

Anal bleaching is a cosmetic treatment that lightens skin around the anus.

One popular method uses chemical peels or creams to break down melanin, natural pigments in the skin. These products can also reduce the number of melanin-producing cells around your anus.

Tommie went to a high end Miami plastic surgery center to get her butt bleached. The same center offers general skin bleaching to Black women. It's not clear whether Tommie bleached the rest of her skin while she was at it.
