'90 Day Fiancé' star Ashley Martson's estranged husband is facing deportation & is in U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement custody.
Jay Smith is currently being held at York County Prison in Pennsylvania, which serves as the immigration detention facility for the area.
The Jamaica native reportedly turned himself into police after an arrest warrant was issued for violating a protective order Martson took out on him, reports Us Weekly.
Smith had been in the US illegally after he wed Martson & she failed to file his adjustment of status.
