Even this muscle neck villain… Charles Dion McDowell.
Better luck necks time for Charles Dion McDowell, aka “Wide Neck” guy as he has found himself behind bars once again. Charles initially went viral a couple of months ago when his mugshot went viral because of having a wide neck.
Neck Guy wasn’t arrested on any new charges, his bond from a previous case was just revoked by his judge. There currently isn’t any word as to why that happened, but he will be behind bars until everything’s figured out.
