The Love & Hip Hop: New York star proposed to his girlfriend of two years during a taping of The Joe Budden Podcast with Rory & Mal on Tuesday (December 19).
While Cyn sat in the audience, Joe unexpectedly popped the question while he was onstage.
"Is this the best relationship you've ever had? Prove it to me," he said on the mic before getting down on one knee & pulling out the huge diamond ring.
